Over 40 years of international experience in the mining industry, holding field and managerial positions with major and junior mining companies and consulting firms. I participated in a variety of projects at different stages of development, ranging from the generation of exploration targets through to mineral resource estimation, mine development and production. Commodities targeted included gold, nickel, base metals, iron and industrial minerals. My experience includes several years of work as a production and development geologist in underground mines.

I was registered as an Engineer in the Province of Quebec, Canada (1986-2022). As a “Qualified Person”, I took part in several audits of mineral resources and in the preparation of more than 25 technical reports in conformity with the NI 43-101 reporting code.

I was a course lecturer at McGill University in Montreal (2013-2021); (Courses : "Mining Geology"; "Introduction to the Minerals Industry" - participation) and I provide professional development training of technical personnel.

I am no longer active in the mining industry.
